Returns

Our goal at Charley’s is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. For shipped orders, you have 14 days from the day that you receive the item to send it back for store credit. For local pickup orders, you have 14 days from the day that your order is ready to send it back for store credit. If using our returns portal, the shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit amount.

All items must be returned in its original condition. We do not issue store credit if the item has been worn, altered, stained, or damaged. We do not provide return shipping for returns/exchanges.

Grab bags and items listed as "Final Sale" are products that you're able to purchase at a fraction of the original price. These are clearance items and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please note that due to hygienic reasons, all jewelry, sunglasses and head wear items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

CLICK HERE to begin your return. The shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit amount. You may also bring your item(s) back to the address below.  Include your name, email address, and phone number with your return.

LOCAL RETURNS: You can drop off a return at the address below in our returns bin. The bin is located behind the building and up the stairs! Make sure your order #, name and date dropped off is written in the package somewhere.
